This formative letter is written to share the journey of a single young woman that battles the addiction of alcohol and how it damages her life in ways that includes her physical, emotional, and mental health while it affects her every day living and purpose in life. It is also a help aid to build understanding but yet overcome the difficulties and challenges when embracing a new approach, a focused mindset and an effective plan to achieve a life changing outcome.
